Registration

  • All presenting attendees should register on the conference website and build your profile.  A tutorial is provided below.

  • Attendees can also participate by posting on the Conference Forum.

  • The full contents of the website are visible only to registered attendees.  On the day of the conference, all contents will be open to all attendees including non-presenting attendees.

 

Abstracts

  • Abstract files prepared using the Abstract Template provided, should be uploaded to the Abstract Submission link below.

  • Only abstracts submitted before the deadline (May 30, 2022) will be included in the program book.

 

Presentation (Oral)

  • Presentation by Zoom

  • Presentation time: 17 min for presentation and 3 min for Q&A

 

Presentation (Poster)

  • There will be one poster session on each day.  Your assigned session (Poster session A or B) can be checked on your Profile.

  • All posters/one minute videos will be posted throughout the conference.  During the poster sessions, presenters can discuss their posters with attendees in real-time in Zoom breakout rooms.

  • In addition to an abstract, poster presenters should also upload:

  • (1) a one-minute video made using one ppt slide.  The video should be uploaded to your own profile page of the conference website by June 15, 2022.

  • (2) the actual poster that will be presented, should be uploaded as a PDF (either A0 size [841 x 1188 mm] and portrait orientation, or up to 5 ppt slides) to the link below by July 11, 2022.   Please keep a copy of  your own to show inside the Breakout rooms during your Poster session.
